Scary day in Dallas-Fort Worth

The past few hours have been frightening. The entire DFW metroplex was under a tornado warning. Several funnel touched down, doing severe damage in Arlington, southeast of Fort Worth, and east from there. I watched huge truck trailers flying through the air on TV, like toys. Unreal!

Now the storms have moved east of Dallas. One high school was hit by a tornado. I don’t know how bad the damage is there. Sure hope the kids are okay. Other school districts are on lockdown, not letting children leave until the storm system passes over. Some angry parents are causing trouble, demanding to take their kids. It’s chaotic.
