This has ben an eventful year for my family. Our daughter and her spouse adopted three little munchkins in March, two sisters and their big brother, giving Hubby and me three more precious grandchildren with whom to celebrate the miracle of Christmas. Aren’t they adorable?!!

Our next big event came in August when our oldest step-granddaughter Jordan wed her longtime beau and future doctor, Travis. What a handsome couple!

Then, on December 17th, our son Dan married his sweetheart Jessica. All six of his children (four step-kids and two of his own, all from his first marriage) stood up for him and his bride. His best friend Tim conducted the ceremony, doing a wonderful job. I am delighted to share with you a few photos from the big day.

Their wedding was a bit non-traditional. The bride did not wear a veil and instead of being escorted up the aisle by her father, she and Dan chose to escort each other. They are a thoroughly modern couple!

Yup, our family sure did have a busy and romantic year. I’m looking forward to another wonderful year ahead, and I wish the same for all of you, my friends. Merry Christmas!

Meanwhile, if you want to get lost in a world of steamy romance and adventure, I hope you will give my novels a try. I am a cross genre author writing in both the western historical romance and contemporary romance genres, all with supernatural elements.
