Lyn Horner resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and a pair of very spoiled cats. Trained in the visual arts, Lyn worked as a fashion illustrator and art instructor before she took up writing. This hobby grew into a love of research and the crafting of passionate love stories based on that research. This blog is designed to spotlight Lyn's books and share the work of other creative people.

  1. Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog for a little while today. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as good as when I arrived. I’ll be back!

By the way, might I suggest allowing comments on posts that are older than 30 days? I think you have that option turned off because it’s the default for many themes. There really is no reason not to allow your readers to comment on any post they choose to comment on.

Russel, thanks for giving me so many “likes”! It was nice to find them waiting for me. I will try to figure out how to allow comments on older posts. WordPress is still a mystery to me in many ways.

      • Go to your dashboard and scroll down to Setting. Click on that and then click on Discussion. There you’ll see a check box next to “Automatically close commentns on articles older than ____ days.” My default is 14 days, and that box usually comes already checked. I had to uncheck mine so that it allows comments on all posts.
