Greeting friends. It’s been a long while since I posted something new. Sorry about that. I intend to do better, beginning with exciting news. I have a new book coming out on August 27, 2024. Titled REBEL MINE, it’s an Irish historical romance set in 1798, a time of strife in Ireland, when thousands of native Irish, along with Presbyterian dissenters in Ulster, rose up against the Anglo aristocracy and the official Church of Ireland. I’ll tell you more about the story in my next post.
For today I am delighted to share the book cover. Designed by my favorite cover designer, Kim Killion, I love the misty Irish landscape. The ghostly battle scene is a 19th century depiction of the Battle of Vinegar Hill, when a ragtag rebel force faced off with thousands of redcoats in Wexford County. I’d love to know what you think of the cover.
